Queens, NY, April 30, 2008 – At a time when gas prices, foreclosures and rising unemployment are headlining every media
outlet across the nation, peace of mind is a fleeting thought. New York based husband and wife team, Eton and Margarette
Lacon, launched, WEREWORTHIT.COM a multifaceted merchandising company featuring environmentally friendly tees
with positive messages of self-worth and a philanthropic component.

Eton and Margarette Lacon, whose professional backgrounds include sales & marketing and education respectively,
researched the marketplace in which they discovered a void of positive affirmations and hope -- thus a need for messages
that edify the spirit and promote self-worth. The Lacons also felt it was time they become the captain of their own ship and
sought entrepreneurship, thus the birth of WEREWORTHIT.COM and its signature slogan/motto “I’m Worth It!

The impetus to start WEREWORTHIT.COM was twofold: seeing people proudly display negative images across their chest
and re-enforcing some form of negativity while seeing the pain and despair on their faces. “As we drove through many
neighborhoods, I saw several newly boarded up homes and people struggling to make ends meet, we asked ourselves how
can we make a difference, how can we be of encouragement to others?” says Eton Lacon, Co-Founder of WEREWORTHIT.

WEREWORTHIT.COM multi-faceted tees, are fashioned with the belief that everyone deserves to live an abundant, joy-
filled life. They inspire one to believe in themselves, are earth-friendly - made with 100% organic cotton “We wanted to
offer t-shirts that were not only good for the mind/spirit, but beneficial to the body,” says Margarette Lacon, Co-Founder of
WEREWORTHIT.COM.  

The WEREWORTHIT.COM merchandise is currently sold online and at local street fairs; however, future goals include
expanding the line to include hats, school bags, jewelry, jackets, umbrellas, etc. and making the line available in popular
stores, Barneys New York, Bloomingdales and Macys.

The WEREWORTHIT.COM movement has already begun to create a paradigm shift. The company’s mission to change
society’s landscape by advancing positivity and healthy living has already garnered high praises from its customers.
Customers are encouraged to use the slogan; “I’m Worth It” is a daily affirmation, no matter your circumstance and/or
mood to Renew, Rejuvenate and Revitalize the spirit.

The Lacon’s hold fast to their Christian belief, that happiness is God’s intended purpose for humanity. “ Despite the
